Our history
From a family trading business to a diversified group.
Lapaj Group was founded by the Lapaj family more than 20 years ago. The business began with trading and a small shoe shop in the family’s home town, and later expanded into the manufacture of shoe soles.
After selling the manufacturing business in 2006, the founders developed the group around hospitality real estate and capital investments. The group has since returned to manufacturing through craft beer production.

Hospitality real estate is the group’s primary business. Lapaj Group currently owns two upscale four-star hotel and spa resorts in Poland, with accommodation, wellness, food and beverage, and conference facilities.
Manufacturing
Craft beer made with first-rate ingredients.
Jan’s Brewery Co. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lapaj Group and the family office’s most recent venture. It produces high-quality beer for domestic and export markets.
The brewery’s philosophy is straightforward: first-rate ingredients, first-rate people and the freedom to pursue their craft. It makes the beer its team likes to drink and welcomes those who choose to share it.
Capital Markets
Investing across global financial markets.
Magnificent Investments manages investments for the family office. Its objective is to identify undervalued opportunities and generate attractive returns.
Its activities span public equities, foreign exchange, futures, options and commodities.
